Scott White
Chief Executive Officer

Scott is an experienced serial entrepreneur, now leading his sixth technology venture as CEO of PragmatIC. He is also a board director at mobile visual search company Cortexica Vision Systems. Past successes include Azea Networks, which he grew from concept to eight figure sales levels before the business was acquired. He has lived and worked across the globe including Australia, Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, the US and the UK.

Richard Price
Chief Technology Officer

Richard has 20 years experience in technology commercialisation, focusing on printed electronics and materials chemistry. As a Venture Manager at the University of Manchester Intellectual Property Ltd. He led the creation of spin-out companies, including CableSense, Arvia Technology and Nano ePrint (acquired by PragmatIC). Previously he was a Senior Chemist at Elam-T (later OLED-T), discovering over 100 novel materials and co-inventor on 7 patent families sold to Merck KGaA.

Gordon Campbell
Chief Financial Officer

Gordon is a Deloitte qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in Cambridge based technology companies. He was part of the team involved in the NASDAQ listing of Smallworldwide plc and as CFO he led the IPO of Ubisense Group plc on AIM in 2011. He has also been involved in numerous M&A deals that has given him exposure to accounting in 18 countries around the world and funding rounds raising in excess of £100 million. Gordon was included in the Hot 20 FDs in TMT in 2012.

Philip Hudson
Non Executive Director

Philip has 26 years experience in the security field. He has served twice as the chairman of the International Hologram Manufacturing Association. He managed De La Rue Holographics and established Optaglio Ltd, launching innovative developments in security devices. More recently Philip set up IQ Structures, a company developing micro and nano structures for novel applications.

Andrew Williamson
Non Executive Director

Andrew Williamson is an Investment Director at Cambridge Innovation Capital and has considerable experience of building technology businesses. Prior to joining CIC, he was at True North Venture Partners in Chicago. Before this Andrew spent ten years leading materials science and semiconductor research in US government research laboratories, followed by managing director positions at venture capital funds Physic Ventures in San Francisco and MalibuIQ in Los Angeles.

Adam Bastin
Non Executive Director

Adam is the Vice President, Corporate Development at Arm Ltd, the world's largest semiconductor IP company, where he is responsible for the sourcing and execution of acquisitions and investments. He is an experienced M&A, corporate finance and investment professional with 17 years transaction experience, both for leading investment banks and FTSE 100 companies. He is also a non-executive director of other start up companies, including Trustonic and Geomerics.

Dave Edwards
Non Executive Director

Dave was CTO at Avery Dennison from 2006 to 2012, where he was responsible for the R&D and Technology function of the Corporation. Dave joined Avery Dennison in 1999 as New Business Development Director. Previously he was MD of the British Printing Company and he was an R&D Scientist at Union Carbide. He has 25 granted patents and continues to advise companies through his position as senior partner at Flex R&D Inc.
